The Family and Entertainment Complex "Children's City of Professions "KIDS CITY" and the Family and Entertainment Complex "World of Children's Entertainment "KIDS PLANET", hereinafter referred to as the "Family and Entertainment Complex", pay great attention to the protection of personal data of their customers and users of the Family and Entertainment Complex website.

The privacy policy of the Family and Entertainment Complex website establishes the procedure for collecting (receiving), storing, processing, using, protecting and disclosing personal data of users of the Family and Entertainment Complex website.

The confidentiality of personal data is a prerequisite for the Family and Entertainment Complex to gain access to the personal data of the website user, with the requirement to prevent their dissemination without the user's consent or other legal basis.

Booking and/or payment for entertainment services through the website of the Family and Entertainment Complex means that the user of the website agrees to this privacy policy, and also confirms that the user agrees to the collection, storage, processing and disclosure of his or her personal data.

If the user of the website disagrees with the terms of this policy, the user must stop using the website of the Family Entertainment Complex.

This privacy policy applies only to the website of the Family and Entertainment Complex and the Family and Entertainment Complex does not control and is not responsible for the websites of third parties to which the user can click on the links available on the website of the Family and Entertainment Complex.

Collection (receipt) of personal data

When booking entertainment services or paying for entertainment services using the website of the Family and Entertainment Complex, the Family and Entertainment Complex requests personal data from the website user, which includes: surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, mobile phone number, e-mail address, information about the documents required for identification (for example, passport number and series, expiration date), credit card details, any other information that the user voluntarily leaves on the website. 

Personal data is collected on the basis of information provided directly by the website user. If the website user makes a reservation of services and/or makes payment on behalf of or in the interests of third parties, the information provided by the website user regarding the personal data of these third parties is collected and processed by the Family and Entertainment Complex on the same terms and conditions as the personal data of the website user directly provided by the user. By providing personal data of third parties, the website user confirms that the third party is familiar with these terms and conditions and understands their consequences, and also gives unconditional and full consent to the collection, storage, processing and disclosure of their personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.

The website user can always choose which personal data he or she wants to provide. However, if the user of the site decides not to provide certain data, we will not be able to process the reservation made by the user.

If, when booking entertainment services, the website user chooses a bank card payment method, the Family and Entertainment Complex requests the user's bank card details in order to make an advance payment or pay for the booked entertainment services. The website user is prompted to enter the bank card details (card type, bank card number, CVC2 / CVV2 code, card expiration date, cardholder name). 

Purpose of processing and use of personal data

All personal data necessary for the formation and registration of the reservation of entertainment services selected by the user, as well as for making an advance payment or full payment for the services booked by the user (if the payment method is a bank card). 

The personal data specified by the user is used solely for the purpose of providing an effective, comfortable and convenient service for online booking of entertainment services selected by the user at the Family and Entertainment Complex.

Storage and protection of personal data

The Family and Entertainment Complex guarantees the confidentiality of all information provided by customers and users of the site in the process of booking entertainment services. 

Information about booking entertainment services is stored on the secure server of the Family and Entertainment Complex.

Personal data should not be stored longer than necessary for the purpose for which such data is stored.

Access to the personal data of the user who made the reservation is protected by a password. 

The family entertainment complex does not disclose or transfer personal data to third parties. The Family and Entertainment Complex has the right to transfer the user's personal data only for the purpose of ensuring the booking and further processing of the reservation, including for accounting and reporting documentation in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine".

It is not considered a violation if the Family and Entertainment Complex provides personal data of the site user (client) to third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Family and Entertainment Complex to fulfill obligations to the client.

No third party shall be granted access to the personal data of the website user (client) if the said person refuses to undertake obligations to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" or cannot ensure them.

The Family and Entertainment Complex may disclose the client's personal data in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, at the request of a court or public authority, in order to protect its rights or reduce possible losses.

Use of cookies

In order to provide quality services for online booking of entertainment services, the Family and Entertainment Complex stores cookies on the user's computer and subsequently uses them.

The Family and Entertainment Complex guarantees that no advertising service has access to cookies used to organize the process of booking entertainment services.

The Family and Entertainment Complex keeps records of information about the user's IP address and browser type, which can be used to detect errors in the system, cases of fraud, and illegal actions. This information is not used to identify the user of the site (client).

The websites or pages to which links are provided are for informational purposes only and are not reviewed by the Family and Entertainment Complex. The Family and Entertainment Complex is not responsible for the information posted on these pages or websites owned by third parties, nor is it responsible for any damage incurred by the user as a result of visiting these websites through these links.

The Family and Entertainment Complex does not bear any responsibility for the operation of the website and does not guarantee that the website will operate without interruption or without failures. The Family and Entertainment Complex does not guarantee the compatibility of the user's computer equipment with the website, and is not responsible for the condition of the equipment that provides the user with access to the website. The Family and Entertainment Complex receives and stores any information entered by the user on the website only to the extent necessary for the provision of services. In the future, personal data may be collected and processed automatically when users use this website (for example, through cookies). The Family and Entertainment Complex reserves the right to change the method of collecting, transmitting and processing personal data and other similar information at any time, if necessary. In this regard, this Regulation may also be amended or supplemented.
